Research interests

My main research interest is to better understand the process by which firms grow. I am interested in exploring the factors that influence managers’ strategic choices regarding firm evolution, how these factors affect these choices, and how, in turn, managers’ choices affect firm performance. In my research, I draw on the theory of the growth of the firm, the resource-based view, and the behavioral theory of the firm.
