Dr. Meir Margalit received a Ph.D. in the history of the Jewish people from the University of Haifa. He has served as the director of a community center in Jerusalem and a mentor for members of street gangs.

Teaching Areas

At-risk youth and informal and sociological education systems.

Research interests

Education and history, public administration in East Jerusalem, forgetfulness and erasures in national history, informal education.
