Ono Law Scholar Discusses Putin’s War Criminal Status and Israel’s Relationship with the International Criminal Court in Light of Judicial Reform

Dr. Tamar Hostovsky Brandes, a senior lecture in the Law School of Ono Academic College, and an expert in constitutional law and international law, was interviewed on Ynet Radio’s Current Events Program hosted by Dudu Erez and Yoav Rabinowitz. 

In the interview, Hostovsky Brandes discussed the decision of the International Criminal Court to accuse Russian leader Vladimir Putin of war crimes and issue a warrant for his arrest.  She also explored what the weakening of Israel’s Judicial Branch, as called for in the proposed Judicial Reforms being advanced by the current government, means in terms of the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
