During his visit to Washington, DC. Rabbi Dr. Sharon Shalom, founder and director of Ono Academic College’s International Center for the Study of Ethiopian Jewry, met with Congregation Ohev Sholom’s Rabbi David Wolkenfeld and lay leaders such as Daniel Silverberg.
During his meetings with the DC Jewish community he discussed issues such as the trauma following October 7th and the foundation of Ono’s new Academic Center for Applied Trauma Care.
