Dr. Sarit Shimony Kanat is a Lecturer and an expert in nursing health policy and management on behalf of the Ministry of Health. She is also an expert in leading quality processes. Dr. Shimony Kanat served in various management positions, including as the Director of the Hadassah School of Nursing at the Hebrew University. She is a nurse researcher of child unintentional injury prevention, health promotion and health policy. Dr. Shimony Kanat served as an advisor to nursing research students in these fields. She has rich experience in academic teaching in the following nursing fileds: development and implementation of academic programs. Knowledge base and clinical experience in pediatrics, community and public health.
