Dr. Assaf Porat

About

Dr. Assaf Porat is a Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Law at the Ono Academic College. He is an External Lecturer at the Radziner School of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University. Additionally, he is also a Guest Lecturer at the Judicial Training Institute, the Institute for the Training of Legal Assistants (OZMAT), the “Institute for the Training of Lawyers” and in the “Schools” of the Open University.

Furthermore, Dr. Porat sometimes serves as a commentator on legal matters in the media. He has worked as a lawyer since 1997 and as a legal assistant at the Tel Aviv District Court between 1998 and 2005. Dr. Porat was a Member of the “Sefer Shamgar” system (headed by Prof. Aharon Barak) between 2001 and 2002.
