Ono Hosts Master Class with South American and Israeli Musicians, Alon and Joca

Ono Academic College’s School of Music invites the public to a master class with the musical duo, Alon and Joca.

The master class with Alon and Joca will be a meeting between two eclectic musicians, whose roots are rooted in South America and Israel.

Joca Perpignan and Alon Yavnai have a long career of performances in well-known clubs and festivals in Israel and around the world.

The duo’s music is influenced by a variety of different cultures from around the world, such as the music of Brazil, Cuba, Peru, Israel, many African countries, the USA and more.

In the master class, original works by Alon and Joca and special arrangements of works by well-known composers from South America, Israel and Africa will be performed.

The concert will take place on Monday 4/12/23 at 16:30 in the concert hall of Ono’s new campus, located at 1 Academic Boulevard, Kiryat Ono
