The program includes practical experience (practicum) in leading companies such as: Let-Lab Incubator, SouthUp Incubator, InfraLab Incubator, Innovation at Enel Group, Innovation at Bosch, Implementation of Strategies, GoNoGo, Competitive Advantages, Effective Plan, TheDock, and more.
Our lecturers come from the core of the business world, with diverse and complementary perspectives to upgrade your thinking ability, tools and professional skills. Core faculty members include: Dr. Gil Avnimelech, Dr. Boaz Shalit, and Dr. Ohad Raf.

Overview

This unique specialization is the only one in Israel that deals with the management of an ongoing and systematic process of entrepreneurship, innovation and strategic change. In the internship, we will provide you with tools for building infrastructure, organizational culture and processes for creating an agile organization.

In an age of dynamic markets, globalization, crises and disruptive events, the ability to initiate, innovate and change is a significant competitive advantage for organizations. In the internship, you will learn to make strategic decisions, manage processes of change and innovation, and make intelligent use of internal and external organizational entrepreneurship. You will gain profound strategic understanding and acquire diverse and innovative thinking patterns, and the tools and skills necessary to manage these processes.

Among the study topics in the specialization: Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation, Growth Strategies (Global and Corporate), Strategic Change Management, Innovation Management in Organizations, Open Innovation Management and Venture Capital, Strategic Simulation for Business, and more.

Practicum

The program includes a practicum that allows students to integrate into roles in the fields of strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship in order to gain practical experience applying the tools they’ve developed during their studies.

During their practicum, students will engage in incubators and accelerators where they will undergo a variety of practical experiences, including:

  • Experience the process of selecting and supporting ventures such as DriveTLV, Zero21, Lab-Let, Spyre, theDock, and more.
  • Working with innovation departments within established companies such as Osem-Nestlé, Strauss, the European Institute of Innovation & Technology, and more to experience the entire innovation process.
  • Develop experience in company consulting, market analysis, and writing business plans with strategic and business consulting companies such as Innovate Israel, Yissum Strategies, GoNoGo, GPS, Glam Consultants, and more.
