Overview

Today, managers who want to excel in the complex public policy environment must dive deeper and seek out skills that specialize in understanding the social-political-psychological dynamics within which that policy takes place. They’re also required to understand the various stakeholders involved in policy-making work. These include government offices, local authorities, public authorities and corporations, voluntary organizations, businesses, various communities, and more.
