Benny Teitlebaum is an Israeli journalist. At the Israel Broadcasting Corporation, he presents a daily program on the radio and serves as a news reporter. He group up in Haifa, and his mother, a native of Slovakia, was hidden during the Holocaust in the home of a Christian family. Teitlebaum did his military service in the Givati Brigade. During his stay in southern Lebanon, Titlebaum was wounded by terrorist fire. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Ono Academic and qualified as an attorney. On Israel’s Kol Yisrael Network, Teitlebaum covered the areas of welfare, law, and the police. Later he was a correspondent for party affairs and a reporter in the Knesset. He presented the program “The Jewish Point” which dealt with Diaspora Jewry. In 2013, he won the Ilan Roa Broadcasting Authority’s CEO Award for reporting excellence.
