Program Overview
Our Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is a rich and significant academic program that combines in-depth theoretical knowledge with professional practical training.
The curriculum provides a broad scientific foundation in anatomy, physiology, neuroanatomy, cognition, and more, alongside a holistic understanding of the psycho-social aspects of the individual.
At Ono, we pride ourselves on our focus on practical academics.
You will acquire essential therapeutic skills—including diagnosis, assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment techniques through hands-on training, case-study simulations, and clinical visits.
The program spans three and a half years (7 semesters), includes a total of 1,000 hours of supervised clinical training in three diverse, high-quality fieldwork settings, and culminates in the Ministry of Health certification examination.

Admission Requirements for the B.O.T. Degree in Occupational Therapy include
Applicants who do not meet the direct admission requirements may apply to the Occupational Therapy Preparatory Program.
Preparatory Program Dates:
The program will run from May 31, 2026, to July 2, 2026, covering a total of 5 weeks.
Classes will be held 4 days a week, for 4 academic hours each day, from 15:00 to 18:30, including a 30-minute break.
All sessions will take place via Zoom.
Total Hours: 78 academic hours.
Courses Included:
– Biology – 2 credits
– Physics – 2 credits
– Introduction to Psychology – 2 credits
Format and Exams: All classes and exams will be conducted via Zoom.
Eligibility for the Preparatory Program: Complete a high school diploma with a minimum average of 80
Completion Requirements:
Students must achieve a minimum average grade of 90 across all three courses. Any course with a grade of 85 or higher qualifies for an exemption in the degree program.
Preparatory Program Tuition Fee: $1,500 USD.
$14,150 per academic year × 3.5 years
