Ono Academic College invites you to take part in societal discourse as part of the “Roundtable” for students and faculty. As an academic institution famed for its efforts to change society in Israel, we believe that change can and should start equal and open discourse in which all levels of society participate.

During the 2013 academic year, we will hold Roundtables gatherings seven times. Each one will discuss a different agenda item with an emphasis on social issues. The purpose of the Roundtables will be to publish action plans for dealing with the issues under discussion.

Who can participate and how to apply?

  • All students and faculty members can apply.
  • Click here for the Hebrew application. In addition to completing the online form, applicants must attach a file with their answer, in 200 words, to the question: What are the most important challenges facing Israeli society  today and what possibilities do you see for dealing with them?

Participants in this unique project will include faculty members from all faculties at Ono Academic College and 40 students selected by the admissions committee.
