The Seventh Annual Joint School of Law, Ono Academic College and the School of Law, Columbia University, will be held on 25-26 June 2013.

 

The first day’s subject will be Supervising the Use of Military Force. Speakers will include Dr. Matthew Waxman, Columbia University; Dr. Tamar Hostovsky Brandes and Dr. Ariel Zemach, Ono Academic College; and Dr. Roy Schondorf, Ministry of Justice.

On June 26, the Conference discuss the Regulation and the Supervision of Controlling Shareholders in Public Companies.Panelists include renowned experts in the field including: Prof. Zohar Goshen, Columbia University and the Ono Academic College; Dr. Lea Paserman-Josefov, Ono Academic College; Justice Jack Jacobs, Sate of Delaware Supreme Court; Justice Ruth Ronnen, Tel Aviv Court, Justice Haled Kabub; Tel Aviv District Court, Professor Omri Yadlin, Tel Aviv University; Prof. Assaf Hamdani, Tel Aviv University; Professor Robert Jackson Prof. Amir Licht, Interdisciplinary Center; Attorney Ted Mirvis; Attorney Gil Orion; Attorney Paul Rowe from New York, and many other personalities and speakers.

 

The conference will be held on the main campus of Ono Academic College.
