On the occasion of the World Occupational Therapy Day, Occupational Therapy alumni from Ono Academic College set up a stand at the Kiryat Ono Mall on October 27, 2013 between the hours of from 4:00-9:00 PM. The event was led by Dr. Naama Katz, Department of Occupational Therapy and Avivit Yohanan, a graduate of the first cohort of Occupational Therapists at Ono. The event featured training in various fields of occupational therapy treatment: adjusting workspaces when using a laptop, carrying school bags in a healthy and proper way, how to use assistive devices for persons with disabilities, hand exercises to improve children's writing.
