Bank Leumi, which is considered the leader in technology, welcomed Ono students specializing in  information systems, for a  visit to its 4500 sqm Communications and Computing Center, 13 meters underground. The complex is considered one of the most secure and sophisticated banking centers in the world.

The visit was organized and hosted by the bank’s training staff, with an active part also taken by present and past students in graduate program..

Issues discussed included the as security of information systems and protection against hacker attacks in recent months, technology infrastructure and business use of information systems.

Dr. Ilan (Daniels) Rahimi, chairman of the program: “The students experienced technological and organizational excellence firsthand, hosted by Ono alumni who are senior bank employees. No doubt it was an empowering experience for these students…”
