Attorney Gil Bringer, director of Berliner Legislative Clinic told the  newspaper Makor Rishon that the claims of an increase in private bills is inaccurate. The real numbers are significantly lower. The average Member of Knesset proposes half a law each year.

Berliner Legislative Initiatives Clinic operates within the Religious Zionist Administration of Ono Academic College. It is engaged in proposing and formulating new legislation.
