In a conversation with a reporter from Bizportal, Professor Yaron Zelekha, dean of the Ono Faculty of Business Administration said that he was not excited about recently published data about Israel’s Gross Domestic Product, particularly because they are quaerterly figures. “We have been in the midst of an increasing slow-down for two and a half years, caused by the incorrect macroeconomic actions of the outgoing government. Unfortunately, apart from Shelly Yachimovich, no one in the political system or Ministry of Finance has presented an alternative economic plan. The plan proposed by the Ministry of Finance is simply more of the same.”
