No Pressure Workshop
A moment before a test, I:
- Don't know anything, I “blackout” and forget everything.
- Don't manage to complete all of the tests and assignments.
- Don't know which material is important, and what I should focus on.
- What else do we need to do today? Family/friends…
- I feel overloaded…
Support Center – Workshops For Effective Learning
- Organize and manage time
- Study strategies
- Test anxiety
Did you know there is another way?
Research has shown that students’ ability to cope and their academic achievements are related to the quality of their life. Sources of intense pressure include: multiple academic obligations and meeting academic requirements on schedule while finding time for work, family, friends and leisure.
