Idan David , a singer, composer, producer and music arranger, recently released a new single, entitled, “Go tell them”. David and his music were profiled on the style website, Mokasini.

David, 21, was born and raised in Tel Aviv.  He plays keyboards, drums and Darbuka. As a youth, he performed on stages and events accompanying his father who works as a D.J.  David studied musical arrangement and production at Ono Academic College while simultaneously specializing at the Tel Aviv Conservatory of Music.

Over the past year, in addition to pursuing his own music, David worked as a music teacher at a school for at-risk children who are unable to get funding.  He helped them specialize and fulfill their dreams.

“Go Tell Them” is David’s eighth single, a happy, rhythmic and bouncy song that he composed and arranged himself to the lyrics of Shalom Levy. The song was written following the Corona crisis that severely affected singers and the entire music and culture industry in Israel that was suddenly interrupted and left the artists and creators with a strong desire to continue doing more than ever, living out the idea of “The show must go on”.

David’s previous work has been positively received. At the age of 16, he released the first single “Daddy”, which he dedicated to his father, who supported him over the years.  This song garnered much praise in the media and on radio stations.

His fifth single, “Everything is for the best” was created in collaboration with the band “Alive” with whom David performed at the Binyanei Hauma Auditorium in Jerusalem. This song attracted a lot of attention from the media, and to promote the single he appeared as a guest on the “Toker on Friday” show broadcast on Channel 13 and “Happy Friday with Yaron Ilan” on Music Channel 24.
