About

Dr. Sima Reicher is an Expert in Health Policy and Management in Nursing with 46 years of experience in various management and regulation roles. She has held leading positions in the field, including Director of the Department for Professional Guidelines, and Professional Development, Nursing Division at the Israeli Ministry of Health, Chief Nurse of the Medical Corps in the Israeli Defense Force (Lieutenant Colonel), and several clinical and managing roles at Sheba Medical Center. Currently, she is a senior lecturer at Ono Academic College in Israel, where she is also Head of the master’s degree and Head of the Academic Retraining Program for Registered Nurses. Among her courses are Health Economy and Health System, Cultural Competence in Nursing, Law and Nursing Ethics, Nursing Theory and Research
