About

Dr. Eckstein is a senior lecturer in the fields of corporate law and securities law. He served as a visiting scholar at Harvard and Columbia Universities. Eckstein’s articles have been cited in various forums abroad (including the Wall Street Journal) as well as in the Supreme Court and District Court rulings in Israel.
