About

Prof. Pugach received Ph.D. And Master’s degrees from, King’s College, London, England as well as an LL.M, from Tel Aviv University. She is a holder of a law license since 1990. Prof. Pugach interned in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (criminal).

Penal law, evidence law, criminal procedure, rights of victims of crime

Research interests

Rights of victims of crime, criminal law and gender, sexual offenses, minors in criminal law, the scope of criminal liability, criminal punishment.
