Studies show that students' ability to cope and academic performance are related to their quality of life. We would like to invite you to a workshop that teaches tools for identifying pressured situations while studying and ways for dealing with them.
The purpose of the workshop:
- Provide initial tools for identifying and dealing with problems.
- Learning and practicing basic strategies.
Content included in the workshop:
- Mapping and identifying capabilities and personal difficulties.
- Acquiring theoretical and practical tools for dealing with difficulties.
- Solutions/strategies for dealing with the problem – Study strategies and basic tools for learning and improving skills, tips and practice.
- Implementation and follow-up between sessions: learning and practice.
Structure:
- Three sessions of four academic hours each.
- The workshop includes both frontal lectures and practice.
- Participants: 15-20.
- The number of places is limited.
Workshop moderator:
Occupational therapist with experience in learning skills and strategies for personal and emotional management.
The workshop will be held in room 305 on the second floor of the MBA building, 2 Nahar Yarden Street, Kiryat Ono.
