Today, April 4, 2024, marks half a year since the Hamas Simchat Torah attacks that began the Iron Swords War

You are invited to the main ceremony that main memorial ceremony which will be held at Ono’s main campus in the auditorium on the ground floor.

The program’s schedule is as follows:

  • Moderator: Dr. Michal Shapira
  • Opening remarks: Prof. Shlomo Noy, President of Ono Academic College
  • Mai Katz, Director of the Society and Community Division, Ono Student Union
  • Keynote: Sharon Sharabi, the brother of the late Yossi Sharabi, Ono graduate and Ali Sharabi, who is still being held captive by Hamas. His daughter, Rotem Sharabi will present a memorial song
  • Mass prayer led by Director of the Chabad house for the return of the hostages
  • Musical Interludes: Performed by Members of Ono’s School of Music
