Ono Celebrates International Women’s Day

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Ono Academic College will host Bat-El Bornstein, a nationally-recognized stand up comic who will be presenting a show full of humor and empowerment, entitled, “I am Bat El.”  It will take place on 11/3/2025 at 12:00 at Ono’s Shulich Auditorium and will last about an hour

Bornstein writes

“It is the privilege of my life to be different, unique. My height is part of my role in the world

And so is the authentic uniqueness of each of us. I invite you to be excited about life and be excited about what is to come. And to believe that it does not really matter what your starting point is, Where you came from, what you look like, what your color or weight is, Who your parents were or what your ethnic origin is. It is entirely in your hands how your life will look. Therefore, you have the power to change the world.”

The show will be broadcast via Zoom to the Haifa and Jerusalem campuses
