Our B.A. in Business Administration combines a broad foundation in management, marketing, and entrepreneurship with a Double Major in Finance & Real Estate Investment.
Students develop the analytical skills to evaluate investments, assess cash flows and risk, understand financing structures, and turn business opportunities into viable ventures. Real estate is studied as an investment and asset management discipline, closely integrated with finance and viewed from a global perspective.
Throughout the program, students use AI tools to support market research, financial analysis, and the evaluation of business opportunities, while developing critical thinking and sound professional judgment.
Who is this program for?
The program is designed for students seeking a broad foundation in business administration alongside specialized knowledge in finance and real estate investment.
It connects management, marketing, and entrepreneurship with the financial and strategic questions that shape investment and development decisions: how businesses grow, how real estate fits within an investment portfolio, how risk and return are evaluated, and how transactions are structured and financed.
Students examine financial and real estate assets from a global perspective, including cross-border investment between Israel and the United States. They develop analytical tools to assess opportunities across markets and use AI to support market research, financial analysis, and informed business decisions, while applying critical thinking and professional judgment.
