
Vice Dean for Teaching at the Faculty of Business Administration at Ono Academic College, specializing in academic literacy, communication, and gender studies. In his current role since 2023, Dr. Salman-Sagi leads the development of innovative teaching methods, pedagogical management, and support for academic teams, focusing on student success and integrating advanced technologies in teaching.
Dr. Salman-Sagi holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Tel Aviv University (2019), where he studied the experiences of gay fathers in Israel and the roles of gender in Israeli society. He also earned two master’s degrees with honors—in Communication and in Literature—and a bachelor’s degree with high honors from Tel Aviv University.
As an experienced lecturer at Ono Academic College, Dr. Salman-Sagi teaches advanced courses in academic literacy, propaganda, and marketing communication. He also serves as the Head of Academic Literacy at the Faculty of Business Administration. In the past, he held additional leadership and teaching positions, including Director of the International Unit for Hebrew and Israel Studies at the Center for Educational Technology (CET), Head of Humanities at the Lachman School Network, and Coordinator of Hebrew Language and Literature Education.
In addition to his academic work, Dr. Salman-Sagi is involved in editing and proofreading, as well as vocalizing poetry books. He has also led educational projects and developed content for various educational frameworks and academic institutions. His research and presentations at international conferences focus on topics of gender, communication, and education, and he is committed to making academic knowledge accessible to diverse audiences.
