Ono’s commitment to academic excellence coupled with social responsibility informs what and how Ono teaches. The college takes special care to answer both individual and sectoral needs. Each population’s customs are rigorously respected to ensure all students feel welcome on campus.

A Commitment to Diversity

As part of Ono’s core curriculum, students learn about the diverse cultures that make up Israeli society. Classrooms are filled with students from different backgrounds and professors who represent all of Israel’s social, religious, and ethnic groups. Ono welcomes the “messiness and manyness” of Israel’s mosaic, and provides scholarships to students of underserved populations to encourage diversity and access to education.
