Studies show that students' ability to cope and academic performance are related to their quality of life. We would like to invite you to a workshop that teaches tools for identifying pressured situations while studying and ways for dealing with them.

The purpose of the workshop:

  • Provide initial tools for identifying and dealing with problems.
  • Learning and practicing basic strategies.

Content included in the workshop:

  • Mapping and identifying capabilities and personal difficulties.
  • Acquiring theoretical and practical tools for dealing with difficulties.
  • Solutions/strategies for dealing with the problem – Study strategies and basic tools for learning and improving skills, tips and practice.
  • Implementation and follow-up between sessions:  learning and practice.

Structure:

  • Three sessions of four academic hours each.
  • The workshop includes both frontal lectures and practice.
  • Participants: 15-20.
  • The number of places is limited.

Workshop moderator:

Occupational therapist with experience in learning skills and strategies for personal and emotional management.

The workshop will be held in room 305 on the second floor of the MBA building, 2 Nahar Yarden Street,  Kiryat Ono.
