Congratulations to Ono law school graduate Adv. Pnina Tamano-Shata, who was elected to Israel's Knesset in the Yesh Atid party on January 22, 2013 in Israel's recent elections. Pnina is the first woman from the Ethiopian-Israeli community to be elected to the Knesset.

 

Pnina is a shining example of the results of Ono Academic College's longstanding commitment that empowers young Ethiopian Israelis and prepares the new generation to take charge of its own future.
