Corporate law is at the heart of commercial law, and is a sought-after area of ​​specialization with the highest earning potential for lawyers. Lawyers who specialize in corporate law are offered a variety of positions in both law firms and the public sector. The training in corporate law will provide an in-depth look at the aspects related to the activities of various corporations, private and public, starting from the initiation and establishment stages of corporations – including examination of incorporation documents, examination of founders’ agreements and investment agreements. , The work of the board of directors, corporate governance and regulation, as well as a discussion of the procedures for liquidating and terminating the activities of corporations. The examination of the activities of the corporations will be done in various aspects of company law, securities law, antitrust, tax law and more.

The studies in the program will allow an in-depth look at the legal aspects related to the activities of corporations – both in an internal view of the various factors operating within the corporation, and in an external view that examines the corporation’s activities vis-à-vis the authorities, relations with competitors and more.
