Sub-Specializations:

As part of their degree studies, students can choose one of three different professional focuses.

• Real Estate Appraisal: The sub-specialization includes certification studies for the appraisal profession, which include 11 internal exams that take place as part of the studies.Real estate studies and appraisals are two complementary products. Not only real estate appraisals, but an optimal understanding of the real estate world in its various aspects.
• Urban Renewal Entrepreneurship: The depletion of vacant land in urban areas directs the bulk of entrepreneurship to the world of urban renewal. It is clear to everyone that the roofs of today are the lands of tomorrow. However, this field of entrepreneurship requires great expertise in complex areas: an entrepreneurial project of urban renewal requires financial, planning, community and social understanding, along with broad knowledge in legal and managerial aspects.This sub-specialization prepares you for next-generation entrepreneurship and will make you professionals in the Israeli real estate field.

• Construction management: This sub-specialization is intended for those who wish to integrate into the management professions of the Israeli construction world. For example, the program includes a required certificate in the field of building control. You will specialize in understanding construction defects, making delivery reports, safety and working in different and varied stages of carrying out the construction project.

Students are not required to choose the desired trend at the beginning of the program. They will start their studies, and after tasting the various options, they can decide which of the real estate areas they are interested in joining.
