Tzipi Livni, chairwoman of Hatnuah (“The Movement") party, met with students at Ono Academic College on January 9, 2013. At the meeting Livni spoke about a wide range of issues and answered questions, including why her efforts to create a obstructive bloc failed. She sharply criticized Shas and its election campaign, and responded to right-wing criticism of her position regarding the possibility of negotiations with the Palestinians. The visit was widely covered in the media.
