The International MBA program offers a unique hybrid structure that combines core courses taught entirely in English with the option to pursue either an English-language specialization in Finance, Fintech & Capital Markets or, alternatively, a Hebrew-language specialization selected from: Management of Information Systems and Data Science | Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship | Finance and Capital Markets | Cybersecurity & AI Security | Health Systems and Pharma Management | Public Management and Policy | Real Estate Project Management | Sports Management | Marketing and Advertising Management.

Finance, Fintech & Capital Markets Specialization
Program Director: Prof. Shmuel Hauser
This specialization is designed to provide students with a comprehensive foundation in financial management and capital markets, with a strong emphasis on integrating rigorous theoretical knowledge with practical, application-oriented tools. The goal is to prepare students for professional careers in finance across the diverse sectors of today’s dynamic economy.
The knowledge and skills acquired through specialization enable graduates to pursue a wide range of roles in capital markets and financial management, including positions in investment firms, banks, investment houses, the Ministry of Finance, and consulting firms.
Fintech Training: Technological, social, and regulatory developments are rapidly reshaping the financial landscape, accelerating the adoption of innovations such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, embedded finance, cryptocurrencies, robo-advisory services, and crowdfunding. The Fintech component of the specialization prepares students to understand and navigate these changes by familiarizing them with emerging financial products, the technologies behind them, and the principles that drive this evolving ecosystem, enabling graduates to build successful and sustainable careers in the field.

Direct Admission:
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution with a minimum grade average of 80.
Conditional/Weighted Admission:
1. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution with an average grade between 70 and 79 and successful completion of an admission interview.
2. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution, successful completion of an admission interview, and relevant managerial, professional, or work experience.

● English specialization (Finance, Fintech & Capital Markets): Tuesdays, 4:30–9:15 PM (approx.), Online via Zoom.
● Hebrew specialization option: Wednesdays, 4:30–9:15 PM (approx.) Zoom or on-campus learning in Kiryat Ono.
