About

Dr. Dina Nir is the head of the Executive MBA (IMBA) program and was the head of the MBA from 2016-2022.

Dr. Nir is a senior organizational consultant, researcher and developer of models for positive leadership in management and organizational transformation. Dr. Nir is also an expert in the art of negotiation and implements the Harvard negotiation method in organizations.

During her years of research, she developed a series of tools for personal and organizational development, including a method for increasing optimism in everyday life and the Feedforward Interview in collaboration with Prof. Avi Kluger – a method for empowering employees within the framework of feedback processes.

Dr. Nir researches the structure and process of internal conflict and developed the Negotiating Self Method – a method for resolving internal conflicts and making decisions that support Wellbeing.
