Sources of intense pressure include: multiple academic obligations &lrm;and meeting academic requirements on schedule while finding time for work, family, friends and &lrm;leisure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The secret solution can be found in a precise definition of the difficulty combined with &lrm;empowerment and strategic exercises.&lrm;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>We invite you to a workshop that will give you the skills necessary for identifying situations &lrm;characteristic of pressured periods while in college and ways for dealing with them<\/strong>.&lrm;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Goals of the Workshop<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"english_bullet\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acquire initial tools for identifying and coping with difficulties<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acquaintance with and exercises in basic strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&lrm;* This workshop does not replace therapy.&lrm;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Content Covered in the Workshop<\/h3>\n<div class=\"english_bullet\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mapping and identifying personal abilities and difficulties<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acquiring theoretical and practical tools for dealing with difficulties<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Solutions\/strategies for dealing with the problem &ndash;
