Every year, the 30 best and most outstanding candidates are selected, and receive the following conditions:<\/p>\n<div class=\"english_bullet\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Full financing of studies towards a master degree in addition to extensive non-academic training.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentoring by a quality training team.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Appointments in the civil service, beginning &nbsp;during training.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monthly salary and unique conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you want to try your luck, you are invited to a Spotlight Meeting with the director of Civil Service Cadets and graduates of Ono Academic College who were accepted into the program last year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The meeting will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2012 at 17:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"english_bullet\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the subject line of your email please write: &nbsp;Cadets Civil Service. In the body of the e-mail, give your name, e-mail, cell phone number, and average grade for your degree.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alumni interested in transportation from Or Yehudah or Jerusalem, please note this in the body of the email.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interested alumni may also send a copy of their resume for review and comments<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inquiries are accepted only by <a href=\"mailto:career@ono.ac.il?subject=Civil%20Service%20Cadets&amp;body=Name%3A%0AE-mail%3A%20%0ACell%20phone%20number%3A%20%0AAverage%20grade%20for%20your%20degree%3A%20%E2%80%8E\">e-mail to the Ono career office<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Applicants who successfully complete the screening process conducted by <strong>Israeli Civil Service Commission, in cooperation with the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance<\/strong>, will sign a personal employment contract that obligates them to the work in the civil service for at least four years after completing the Civil Service Cadets program.
