This relationship reflects the dual nature of the attorney’s role: the obligation to be a faithful representative of his or client (including issues related to authorization to cease representing a client), and the obligation to act with good faith towards the court. The duty of good faith includes, inter alia<\/em>, the prohibition to mislead the court and the obligation to act respectfully toward it.
