  5. To learn why the stork is a symbol of hope for the Beta Israel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Below is a step-by-step procedure for teachers, recommending content and methods of instruction. We suggest dividing the content into three to four lessons. Our recommendation is for each lesson to take about 60 minutes, but this timeframe will vary per classroom.<\/em><\/p>\n

As a general guideline for pacing lessons:<\/em><\/p>\n

Lesson <\/u>1 <\/strong>should include the Starter<\/em><\/strong>, The Ten Lost Tribes<\/em>, <\/strong>and some elements of Hope in Judaism<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lesson 2<\/u> <\/strong>should wrap up discussion of Hope in Judaism, <\/em><\/strong>and continue with Life in Ethiopia<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lesson 3<\/u> <\/strong>should explore Facing Jerusalem in Prayer.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lesson 4<\/u> <\/strong>should cover Celebrating Sigd <\/em><\/strong>and The Significance of the Stork<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
