When a experts must confront a cyberattack \u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The final exercise of Ono Academic College\u2019s MBA program in Cyber and Forensics\u2013a unique collaboration with Kaspersky Israel, the Israel branch of a private multinational cybersecurity company \u2013 took the students straight into a real-life scenario of a live cyberattack.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Together with the dear Assaf Hazan, Kaspersky\u2019s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the program\u2019s staff led a simulation using the Kaspersky Interactive Protection Simulation (KIPS), in which students were required to manage ransomware, phishing and sophisticated fraud attacks \u2013 under time pressure and combining technological precision with a keen business understanding.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u00a0The student team that was judged the most successful in the exercise demonstrated concrete expertise that each team member brought to the table.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u00a0All of the participants learned an important lesson in crisis management \u2013 the right people, in the right place, at the right time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
