Profile on Use of Ono\u2019s Simulation Center in the \u201cSports as a Pedagogical Tool\u201d Course<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Ono Academic College has one of the country\u2019s most advanced simulation centers which it utilizes in pioneering ways to provide students with the most applicable and cutting-edge education.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Faculty member Tamir Erez recently wrote a profile of how the simulator is used in the class \u201cSports as a Pedagogical Tool\u201d which is part of Ono\u2019s Master’s Degree in Education and Sports. Erez noted:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cThis Simulation Center is a particularly well equipped. It uses a combination of real actors (from the world of Israeli theater and cinema), simulated work environments from everyday life, and complex educational situations. The practice, training, and dealing with such simulated experiences gives students the tools needed to deal with the challenges of the field in a professional and in-depth manner.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The responses from the students about this training day were simply moving \u2013 \u201cWe had so much fun.
