Are you not&nbsp;unconvinced&nbsp;when symposia to explain the situation only feature&nbsp;speakers who hold the same position?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If so, join us study&nbsp;the main issues&nbsp;that comprise&nbsp;the proposed&nbsp;judicial&nbsp;reform, together with&nbsp;Ministers of&nbsp;Justice,&nbsp;Judges of the Supreme Court,&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;Officials of the Ministry of Justice and&nbsp;other&nbsp;experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Discussions are led by&nbsp;Ono Faculty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prof. Amichai Cohen,&nbsp; School of Law and Senior&nbsp;Fellow at the Israel Democracy Institute<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Hala Khoury-Bisharat, Academic Director of the School of Law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr.&nbsp;Elad Finkelstein, Dean of the School of Law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prof. Yuval Elbashan, Dean of the Jerusalem Multicultural Campuses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The first webinar will be held on Wednesday 1\/25 at 6:00 PM (ZOOM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A second webinar will be held on Sunday 1\/29 at 6:00 PM (ZOOM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A third webinar will be held on Thursday 2.2 at 18:00 (ZOOM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fourth webinar will be held on Sunday 5.2 at 6:00 pm (ZOOM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The topics to be discussed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appointment of judges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reasonableness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the&nbsp;Status of legal advisors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Overide Clause<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to challenging our assumptions and exposing ourselves to new ideas.
