Falah was an Ono graduate and served as deputy commander of&nbsp;the&nbsp;elite Nahal reconnaissance unit. He was killed today in a firefight, leading his soldiers in an operation to arrest two terrorists who had infiltrated the seam area between the West Bank and Israel and who were preparing an ambush of Israelis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Prime Minister Yair Lapid described Falah as \u201cA warrior in all his being, he fought terrorism and led his fighters until his final hour. The operational activity in which he was killed thwarted a major terrorist attack and saved many lives. . . There are no words to console his family, partner, and friends over this great loss.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">President Isaac Herzog said, \u201cBar lost his life fulfilling the mission of protecting and maintaining the safety of the citizens of Israel.
