Lev Avi currently serves as director of the \u201cResiliency Building\u201d specialization at Ono.<br \/>During the interview, Lev Avi discussed the dismal state of the police force which has led to thousands of police officers resigning due to dismal wages and drastic shortening of training time given to new officers due to a manpower shortage.
