In parallel with artist management, he serves as a Senior Manager in the IDF Productions Unit, overseeing teams of hundreds of soldiers and directing artistic productions for the IDF and various state events. In this role, Nadav combines creative thinking with high-level managerial skills, implementing a holistic approach that ensures every detail is aligned to maximize the success of the brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nadav holds both a Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s degree in Communication, Marketing, and Digital Strategy from Ono Academic College. Recognized as an industry leader, he has exceptional talent in identifying and nurturing artists, successfully elevating them to global recognition and high-quality international opportunities in collaboration with major record labels and agencies such as Disney, BMG, and WME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
