    More than 10 years of experience as assistant dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, included budget management and control, initiating new educational programs, responsibility for contracts with lecturers and their salaries; cooperation with other faculties, absorbing and certifying new staff members; representative on the faculty on the appeals committee, university committee, discipline committee and social involvement committee
