    Vice Dean of the School of Business Administration and head of the ‎specialization in administration, Lander Institute Academic Center in Jerusalem;
    Course ‎coordinator for MBA programs at the Open University; adjunct lecturer in the Department of ‎Psychology, Bar-Ilan University; Senior consultant organizations in international management;
    Former chief editor of Israeli Journal of Organizational Consulting.

 

  • Education: 
    2009- Ph.D. in organizational behavior and organizational psychology, Hebrew ‎University of Jerusalem.
    1994- M.A. magna cum laude in social psychology and organizational sociology, Hebrew ‎University of Jerusalem.
    1985- B.A. in social work and sociology, Hebrew University of Jerusalem‎.

 

  • Subjects Taught:
    Organizational behavior, international management, human resources ‎management, organizational diagnosis, employee participation processes, developing ‎management and introductions to social, normal, abnormal and developmental psychology.

    Relocation, cultural differences between countries, leadership and personality ‎traits.
