Studied at the Hebrew University School of Law (1996-2000) and was accepted to the Israel Bar Association in 2001. Worked as a parliamentary aide to MK Ophir Pines-Paz in his capacity as Chairman of the Committee on Constitution, Law and Judiciary Affairs. He completed his studies of dispute management, resolution and negotiations at Bar Ilan University in 2008 and was awarded a doctoral degree in April 2008. His doctorate thesis addressed the impact of boycott and excommunication as described by Chazal (our sages of blessed memory). Eldan also studies the editing trends prevalent in Mishna excerpts, while applying hermeneutic, phenomenological and psychological approaches.
As a lecturer at the Ono Academic College, Eldan teaches legal theory and Hebrew law, taking a special interest in the correlation between law and society and between the legal and other disciplines, especially literature and psychology.
