ABOUT

 He had receive LL.B, LL.M (magna cum laud) and Ph.D at the Buchman Faculty of Law in Tel Aviv University. At ONO Elad teaches the courses of “Mediation”, “Administrative Law”, “Internet Law” and “Privacy Law”.

Outside ONO Elad teaches the “Internet law” seminar for advanced students at the Buchman faulty of law, Tel Aviv University, and the “Computer Law” course at Radzyner School of Law, IDC Herzliya.

Elad’s publications includes the article “Right to Information Identity” (John Marshall Journal of Computer & Information Law, Hebrew older version in  IYUNEY MISHPAT). This paper is based on his doctoral dissertation which was written under the advise of Prof. Daphne Barak Erez and Prof. Eli Lederman. During his doctoral studies he also published the article: “Humanism in the 24th Century: Star Trek and the Law” in the book Law and Literature (Hebrew).

He also assists Prof. Yitzhak Zamir with his writing of the 2nd edition of the textbook: Administrative Power (Hebrew).

Dr.  Oreg is a member of the Israel Bar since 1998.

He is also a mediator and an approved mediator’s teacher since 1999 and trained many mediators at “Gome – The Israeli Mediation Center”.

Currently at ONO elad is establishing the Mediation/Negotiation clinic and creating an e-learning Mediation course for the multi culture community of ONO students.

He is also working on a research examining the relation between the “Peace, Love and Music” narrative of the Sixties’ and modern methodologies of negotiation and dispute resolution.
